I’m Mary, a passionate Somatic Arts Healing practitioner dedicated to supporting you on your healing journey through body-centered practices. With a deep belief in the body’s innate wisdom, my work is centered around helping you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit to restore balance and vitality.

I have more than 30 years of experiences in somatic practices, including Somatic Movement Therapy, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Breath-work, mindfulness, QI Gong, Bodywork, Sound Healing and Arts.

My approach is holistic and personalized, tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re dealing with stress, emotional challenges, or physical tension, I provide a safe, nurturing space for you to explore and release stored emotions and trauma, allowing you to heal and thrive.

I am deeply inspired by the transformative power of the body and the way it holds both wisdom and memory.

Through mindful movement, conscious breath, and compassionate touch, we work together, to release old patterns and invite a sense of deeper peace and self-awareness into your life.

Mary’s background is in Dance, Movement, Theatre, and Fine Arts combined with her love for nature, dedication to social justice and commitment to personal development to learning and living artfully.

Mary is a dancer, somatic movement and expressive arts educator.

She received her MA in Somatic Movement Education at the University of Central Lancashire U.K. and her BFA in painting at the School of Fine Arts, Greece.

Studied Drama at the National Drama School in Greece.

Studied Ballet, contemporary dance and choreography in NY and London.

Studied Yoga, Pilates, Thai massage and Sound Healing in India, and Nepal.
